This class teaches you the fundamentals of boxing using Speed balls, Boxing Bags, Floor to Ceiling, skipping pad work and sparing.
Using both your hands and feet teaching all the different kicks and techniques used in kick boxing using kick shields & kick pads this class may involve some sparing.
Traditional Muay Thai teaching elbows knees and all the different kicks used. In Muay Thai some grappling may be incorporated in to class.
